Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your order. Orders are processed in the order they're received.

Certain items in the shop, such as many of the T-Shirts and Hoodies, are Print-On-Demand. For these items please allow an additional 4-5 business days for printing, packing and ship. 

Shipping times to the US generally take 3-5 business days. Overall average order turnaround time is 5-10 business days, but can take as long as 2 weeks in some cases.

Tracking

Once shipping label has been printed, you will see your tracking number appear when pulling up your order info. You may even receive an email or text via Shopify depending on your settings. If you do not see your tracking number when pulling up your order info, it means your item has not shipped. If unexpected delays occur we will be proactive about contacting you to let you know of the cause, though this is rare. Once your tracking number appears, it can take up to 24 hours for it to update with an estimated arrival time. 

International Shipping
Items shipping outside of the US can take up to 10-14 business days longer than above stated times, though can sometimes be faster depending on the location. 

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order Items will not ship within the standard timeframes stated above. The shipping timeframe will be clearly stated in the product listing. If for any reason this stated timeframe changes, you will be notified via email by our staff to provide an updated shipping timeframe. Manufacturing or shipping delays can happen for pre-order items, though it's rare. Once your shipping label is printed you should receive a notification from Shopify with your tracking number. We may also reach out via email to confirm pre-orders have been shipped.

Please only reach out if you have a dire question, as too many customer queries can slow down our fulfillment times. Please be aware that our order volume sometimes spikes for holidays or events.  Also be assured that we value your order it's our priority to get it out to you as soon as possible!
